Include Mobile Data, Global Calls via VoIP, City Guide, Top Rated Tourist & Activities, Nearby Essentials and Flight Status & Airport Information. This plan does not come with a number, so no analog call and text service will be available.

Pre-Paid Data Plan

This plan is prepaid and taxes are included, so you don’t have to worry about unexpected roaming cost. No auto-renewals, no contracts. You can add a data plan anytime and buy multiple data plans simultaneously for different countries and regions.

Activation

After installation, the plan will start on the first successful data connection to any of the networks in the countries listed in the data plan.

Validity of the Data Plan

Starts upon activation and remains valid throughout the period specified in the purchased data plan. For example, if you activate a 30-day plan on Mar 1, 2023, it will expire on Mar 31 , 2023. Start using the eSIM no more than 3 months after purchase.

Data Sharing

Mobile hotspot is supported.

3G/4G/LTE Speed

The eSIM will automatically connect to a major local mobile network in eligible countries with 4G LTE or 5G speeds. Full data speeds - no daily limits, no throttling.

Service Area

The plan is only available in the destination specified. For multi-country plans, the eSIM will connect automatically to local carrier as you move from country to country. If you leave the service area, you will not receive any data service.

Coverage

Network coverage and speed may vary by location and time of day. You get stable coverage in your destination nearby cities and touristic places. If you are traveling to mountainous areas or areas far from beaches and cities, we recommend that you check beforehand.

Compatibility

Usable only with eSIM compatible phones and tablets (check here) which are not carrier locked. If your device is locked you should contact your carrier and follow their requirements to unlock your device and to be able to use our eSIM. If in doubt, please check the FAQ section
